Must Be 21+
All jilioo accounts require players to be 21 years of age or older — the minimum legal gambling age in the Philippines under PAGCOR regulation.
Philippines Only
jilioo's services are intended for users located in the Philippines. Access from restricted jurisdictions is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Bonus Wagering Applies
All promotional bonuses at jilioo are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering conditions are fully met.
One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold only one jilioo account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
KYC Required
Identity verification is mandatory before jilioo processes your first withdrawal. A valid Philippine government-issued ID is required for all accounts.
Fair Play Enforced
Any use of exploits, bots, collusion, or fraudulent methods to gain advantage at jilioo will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and jilioo ("jilioo," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://jilioo.club ("Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any service offered by jilioo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not access or use the jilioo Platform. Continued use of jilioo following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully before registering. These Terms govern your use of all jilioo services including but not limited to slots, live casino, bingo, table games, fishing games, promotions, deposits, and withdrawals.
2. Eligibility
To register and maintain an account with jilioo, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
- You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for gambling in the Philippines as regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). jilioo strictly enforces this requirement and will verify your age through mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification.
- You are a natural person and are not registering on behalf of a legal entity, corporation, or other third party.
- You are accessing jilioo from the Philippines or from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawfully permitted. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing jilioo is legal in your jurisdiction.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of a jilioo employee, affiliated game provider, or associated third-party service provider.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from jilioo or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion agreement that remains in effect.
- You are not included on any exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any equivalent Philippine gaming regulatory authority.
- You are of sound mind, acting voluntarily, and are fully capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.
21+ Rule Strictly Enforced. jilioo employs mandatory KYC verification to confirm player age. Any account found to belong to a player under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all associated funds forfeited in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations.
3. Account Registration & KYC
Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account with jilioo. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any balances held, and potential reporting to relevant Philippine authorities.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. You must update this information promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. jilioo is required under applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and gaming licensing conditions to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. Accepted Philippine government-issued identification documents include, but are not limited to:
- PhilSys National ID (Philippine Identification System)
- Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
- Philippine Passport (current validity)
- Land Transportation Office (LTO) Driver's License
- Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID
- Social Security System (SSS) ID
- Commission on Elections (COMELEC) Voter's ID
jilioo may at any time request additional documentation to satisfy enhanced due diligence requirements or to comply with applicable Philippine law. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of your account and withholding of withdrawal requests.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jilioo account credentials. jilioo shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.
4. Deposits & Payments
jilioo accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). Supported deposit methods include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability at the time of deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.
All deposits must be funded from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members, friends, or business associates — are prohibited. jilioo may request evidence of payment account ownership as part of KYC or enhanced due diligence procedures.
jilioo does not accept deposits made with funds derived from illegal activities. All deposited funds are presumed to have been lawfully obtained. jilioo reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines in accordance with Republic Act No. 9160, as amended.
Deposit processing times vary by payment method. GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited to your jilioo wallet within seconds. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take 5 to 30 minutes depending on the bank and time of day. jilioo is not liable for delays caused by payment processors, banks, or third-party service providers.
jilioo does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.
5. Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests at jilioo are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically feasible. This is a standard anti-money laundering control. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
All withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. jilioo will not process withdrawals from accounts that have not completed identity verification. KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal request is submitted.
jilioo's standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:
- GCash and Maya: Typically 5–15 minutes, available 24/7 including Philippine public holidays.
- Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank): Same banking day or next business day, subject to standard Philippine banking hours.
- Large withdrawals: Amounts above a specified threshold may require additional review in accordance with Philippine AMLC regulations. jilioo will communicate clearly if additional documentation is required.
jilioo does not charge fees on standard e-wallet withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawal fees, if any, will be disclosed at the time of withdrawal request. jilioo reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC, investigation of suspicious activity, or compliance with regulatory requirements.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
jilioo offers various promotions to registered players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP tier rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is active, in addition to these general Terms.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all jilioo promotional offers:
- Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
- Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
- Each player is entitled to claim each promotion once only unless explicitly stated that multiple claims are permitted.
- jilioo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not adversely affect bonuses already claimed and in progress.
- Bonus abuse, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting promotional loopholes, or coordinated bonus misuse, will result in immediate forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account closure.
- All promotions are available only to players who have completed KYC verification and are 21 years of age or older.
jilioo's VIP programme is a loyalty rewards system based on wagering volume. VIP tier benefits, cashback rates, and associated rewards are published on the jilioo promotions page and are subject to change. Tier calculations are based on the preceding calendar month's qualifying wagering activity.
7. Gameplay Rules
All games available on the jilioo Platform are operated by licensed third-party game providers including, but not limited to, JILI Games, Pragmatic Play, Evolution, PG Soft, and Hacksaw Gaming. Each game is subject to its own specific rules published within the game interface. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are the certified figures provided by game developers and verified by independent testing laboratories.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error during an active session:
- If a game round is interrupted before completion, the outcome will be determined by jilioo's game management system in accordance with the applicable game rules.
- Bets placed on incomplete rounds where the game server did not register the outcome will be refunded to your jilioo wallet.
- jilioo is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on your device or network.
jilioo reserves the right to void any bet or game result where a technical error, software malfunction, or human error has demonstrably affected the outcome. In such circumstances, affected bet amounts will be returned to the player's wallet.
8. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
jilioo is committed to maintaining a fair gaming environment for all Filipino players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilioo Platform:
- Use of any automated software, bot, script, or tool to interact with jilioo games or the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
- Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of known or discovered bugs must be reported to jilioo immediately and will not be honoured.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with jilioo software or game provider software.
- Money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any other financial crime using jilioo's platform as a vehicle.
- Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification.
- Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward jilioo customer support staff or other players in live game chat features.
jilioo employs dedicated anti-fraud and game integrity monitoring systems. Accounts identified as engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately, funds held pending investigation, and the matter referred to relevant Philippine authorities where required by law.
9. Responsible Gaming
jilioo is committed to supporting responsible gambling practices among Filipino players. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment with a pre-determined budget — not as a source of income or a method to recover financial losses.
jilioo provides the following responsible gaming tools within every player account, accessible at all times:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately when set. Requests to increase an existing limit are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
- Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
- Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, your account is inaccessible and you will not receive promotional communications.
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently or for an extended period (minimum 6 months) exclude yourself from the jilioo Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10. Account Suspension & Closure
jilioo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at any time and without prior notice where jilioo reasonably determines that:
- The account holder has violated any provision of these Terms.
- The account is connected to fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity.
- The account holder is under 21 years of age.
- The account is a duplicate of an existing registered account.
- KYC documentation provided is fraudulent, expired, or cannot be verified.
- A withdrawal request is associated with suspected money laundering activity.
- jilioo is required to close the account by a competent Philippine authority or regulatory body.
Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, jilioo reserves the right to forfeit any balance in the account. Where closure is for other reasons and no violation is established, jilioo will return the verified account balance via the player's registered payment method following completion of any required regulatory review.
Players wishing to voluntarily close their jilioo account may do so by contacting jilioo support via Live Chat. A voluntary closure request will be processed within 48 hours, and any remaining verified balance will be returned following KYC confirmation.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, software, technology, trademarks, trade names, logos, game graphics, and other materials on the jilioo Platform are the intellectual property of jilioo or its licensed content providers. No portion of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, modified, or otherwise used for commercial purposes without the express written consent of jilioo.
Game content on the jilioo Platform is owned by the respective game providers (including JILI Games, Pragmatic Play, Evolution, and others) and is used by jilioo under license. All rights in game software, graphics, and mechanics remain with the applicable game provider.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilioo and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the jilioo Platform.
- Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access was not caused by jilioo's negligence.
- Delays, interruptions, or failures of the Platform resulting from circumstances beyond jilioo's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or acts of government.
- The conduct of third-party game providers, payment processors, or other third-party service providers integrated into the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit jilioo's liability for death or personal injury caused by jilioo's negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
13. Privacy
jilioo collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and jilioo's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account with jilioo, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to These Terms
jilioo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Minor changes (including corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not affect player rights) may be published without notice.

Your continued use of the jilioo Platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
jilioo operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations as overseen by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) and is subject to Philippine anti-money laundering legislation administered by the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).
